LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

At Evolutionary Intelligence we have worked with, and supported hundreds of leaders and teams in many different industries. Leadership Development Program

Includes six half-day workshops over six months supported by one on one coaching. This program facilitates deep and sustainable individual and organisational change.

Presence to Purpose: Leadership Accelerator Program

Gives both established and new leaders the interpersonal skills and communication tools to become great leaders.

Includes:

  • The importance and power of presence in leadership
  • An understanding of the latest neuroscience and what that means for you as a leader
  • Emotional intelligence and what that means in your daily leadership role
  • How to engage and connect in a more authentic way with colleagues and clients
  • Improve resilience and capacity to cope calmly with ambiguity and change
