We understand that today’s leaders are faced with increased uncertainty, greater speed of change and greater levels of stress; all which point to the need to develop different skills and tools than those habitually offered.

The focus of our Leadership Retreats is personal development – developing the skills needed to better manage the increasingly difficult terrain of modern business. Our four day Central Australian Leadership Retreats offer a unique blend of the latest science of leadership excellence with the age-old wisdom and knowledge of our indigenous culture.
Connecting leaders with their own purpose, and with the resources that will equip them to continually develop that connection, is at the core of leadership development programs around the world. The desert retreat strips away daily distractions to open new possibilities for personal growth. It provides enough flexibility to integrate concepts and methods used in any mainstream program while guaranteeing each person a unique view of their own identity and sense of purpose.

WHY THIS PROGRAM?
The desert or wilderness retreat is an opportunity to review and refresh our capacity to live more fully in accordance with our personal and collective sense of purpose.
From being steeped in nature’s heart comes a new appreciation for the source of creative drive, the place where agility and collaboration is born. It opens new ways of hearing and doing what’s needed to grow awareness; for adopting group practices that bring more fulfilment during stressful times; and for forging meaningful connections with individuals and organisations, innovators and protectors, and a variety of ways of being.
You will be invited to:
• Allow the wisdom of Indigenous elders and the spirit of sacred sites to remind you who you are, where you belong and how you can ‘come home’ at any moment, in any situation.
• Learn to integrate and apply the lessons learnt when in touch with nature and your deepest Self to the everyday running of your organisation.
• Let the space and creativity of nature show you the solutions to the problems your organisation is facing.
• Learn how to take your heart and spirit with you to work.
For four days you will feel the lessons that each place has to offer and be guided to understand how these can be applied to your life and business.
A vital part of the program is the integration process which occurs after the retreat. It is designed to help you integrate learnings into your daily business and personal life.

The program is based on the 5 keys of Evolutionary Intelligence:
• Awareness
This is the cornerstone of great leadership. What are the beliefs, habits and stories that we hold? Get grounded and present, and notice how this supports mental clarity and productivity.
• Self Regulation
Recognise and value feelings as information, and choose responses with consciousness and self responsibility.
• Connection
Be in relationship with others with trust and collaboration, listen and communicate with an open heart. Express what you need.
• Purpose
Live and work with ease, flow and meaning in order to have a conscious impact on the world within and around us.
• Integration
When we integrate all four of the above keys, we activate our Evolutionary Intelligence.
