An interesting perspective by Walter Frick in the HBR, on forecasting and the qualities of a certain subset of people who are excellent forecasters. These “superforecasters” use multiple information sources and tools, possess a mathematical mind and above all are allergic to certainty. They are not afraid to change opinions either.
