In a “Hara” meditation we are working at the level of intention. This exercise strengthens your internal support system around your purpose. The Hara meditation also clears and strengthens your energy field and chakra system.
This type of meditation works on the physical body to help bring anything that’s out of place in the skeletal structure into alignment. It also works at the soul level, bringing you into greater alignment with your life’s purpose.
The healing this meditation sparks will unf0ld more deeply over weeks and months. This works according to your own personal rhythm: sometimes changes can appear in your life almost immediately and sometimes the shifts are more gradual. The pace depends on what’s right for you at a deeper (soul) level. Unlocking the benefits of the Hara meditation requires committing to a daily practice for at least a few weeks.
The Hara line looks like a vertical laser beam running down the centre of the body, with 3 main points of connection. First is the Tan Tien – your centre of power and intention in the middle of the belly. During the Hara meditation, the connection between the Tan Tien and the earth gets strengthened. This grounds your personal power on both the masculine and feminine sides of the body. The Tan Tien then connects upwards towards the Soul Seat, which sits under the throat and above the heart. Some people refer to the Soul Seat as the “high heart” but remember that it lives on a dimension deeper than the chakras. Then the Soul Seat connects up to your “ID point” or Individuation Point – your connection to God / the Divine / the Universe.
During the Hara meditation we’re working directly with the magnetic grids of the earth, which is deeply healing for the physical body and boosts your immune system.
When we develop a strong and aligned Hara line we can move through life with greater ease, effortlessness and joy. We can live in a state of flow and balance.
This style of healing also creates greater self-empowerment, inner authority and healthy boundaries. Your deepest longings, desires, goals and aspirations all reside at the Soul Seat. The Hara meditation “anchors” them into the ground.
A distorted Hara line leads to negative intention, which results in self-sabotage. If you feel unfulfilled in any area of your life, chances are there is some shrouding over your Soul Seat and/or you may not have a strong connection into the earth. When you strengthen the Hara line and dissolve this shrouding, you can live your purpose and easily achieve goals in your daily life.
